The Rosum Office Building in Bratislava, Ružinov district is one of the most modern office buildings in Slovakia. The leasable area of 22,000 m2 of office and retail space is built to the highest possible standard. The building consists of two towers connected by a common reception. In terms of sustainability, the building is certified according to the internationally recognized LEED system at the GOLD Level. The contract was managed by K4 a.s. managers using the Construction management system. Other services provided by K4 a.s. to the client were Investor Technical Supervision, HSE Coordination, Document control, and Cost control.
