Newly built shopping and social centre on the outskirts of Olomouc with a sales area of 32 000 m2. Thanks to its progressive architectural concept, which is radically different from the uniform buildings of new shopping centres in Bohemia and Moravia, this centre has become a unique project, which was awarded second place in the prestigious Czech competition "Best of Real Estate". Instead of a typical box-like shopping centre building, the architects created a complex reminiscent of a country estate with a windmill and granary, reflecting local identity, history and tradition. The design of the interior spaces is in the spirit of light and sun as symbols of the life-giving source for local farmers.
